Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee has just issued an Action Plan to implement Resolution No. 57, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.

Attract domestic and foreign universities, research institutes, and science and technology enterprises to set up headquarters and operate in Bac Ninh. Deploy investment in Science and Technology Application Training and Research Zones I, II (University Urban Areas I, II); Concentrated Science and Technology Research and Development Zone; High-level Science and Technology Research Institutes in the Capital Region according to the planning approved by the Prime Minister. Exploit and maximize the outstanding advantages of Bac Ninh province, especially in terms of geographical location; Modern information technology infrastructure; Young, high-quality human resources; High-tech industrial parks with many large enterprises and corporations investing are an important premise to promote science and technology development; innovation; digital transformation; fast, effective and sustainable green transformation.
