For more than 80 minutes, delegates and audiences enjoyed a special art program consisting of 3 parts: Converging Wonders - Connecting Journeys; Brilliant Colors - Melody of the Four Directions and Symphony of the Sea, Flowers and New Opportunities, with the participation of domestic artists, singers and artists, and mass art cores in Dong Hoi City. “Dong Hoi - Roses and the Sea” has brought a colorful artistic space, combining music, commentary and sound and light to recreate and depict the beauty of nature, culture and people of Dong Hoi, Quang Binh in every moment with singing, dancing and music performances that were carefully prepared and staged based on the theme of praising the glorious Party, beloved Uncle Ho, love for the homeland and country.

Through sweet and vibrant melodies, tourists and locals learn more about Dong Hoi, a blend of old and new, romantic and profound, youthful and modern… This is also an opportunity for the city to once again promote, introduce and affirm the land, people and cultural values, uniqueness of Dong Hoi in particular and Quang Binh in general; as a way to send friendly greetings and thanks from the city's people to domestic and international tourists.
