Today, September 10, a working delegation from the Military Region 4 Command led by Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung, Party Committee Secretary and Political Commissar of the Military Region, inspected the Party and political activities in 2024 and the preparation for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term at the Military Command of Quang Tri province. Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang attended the meeting.

Through grasping the situation and inspecting the reality at a number of agencies and units, the delegation highly appreciated the results of the Party and political work activities in 2024 of the Provincial Military Command. In particular, it has well organized the study, dissemination and implementation of resolutions, directives, conclusions and regulations of the Party Committee, strictly implemented the political education plan, propaganda, dissemination of laws and ideological orientation for officers and soldiers.

Advised and directed the successful completion of the Emulation Congresses at all levels; successfully hosted the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" contest at the military region level; participated in the Army Television Film Festival and won high prizes; the work of organizing and building the Party was carried out synchronously and systematically; policy work, internal political protection, and activities of mass organizations were carried out with quality, many innovations and creativity. The Emulation Movement was widely deployed with many effective programs and activities, creating a strong spread, contributing to the successful completion of local military and defense tasks.

Regarding the preparation for party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial Military Command has thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented documents and instructions of the Central Committee, the Central Military Commission, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Military Region 4, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Concluding the inspection, Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung requested the Provincial Military Command to continue to monitor the situation, do a good job of political and ideological education, discipline management, promote propaganda activities, and emulation movements to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day on December 22.

In the preparation for the Party Congress, Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung emphasized the importance of preparation work, especially in personnel work; requested Party committees and commanders of units to closely follow instructions and guidance from above to well implement preparation work in all aspects, contributing to the successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

On this occasion, the working delegation of Military Region 4 inspected, visited, and gave gifts to encourage officers and soldiers of the Standing Militia Squadron.
