Young Entrepreneurs Association: Trust under a common roof

In July 2023, the Congress of Lang Son Young Entrepreneurs Association for the 2023-2028 term set the key target of striving to recruit 40 or more new members during the term. Up to now, after two years of implementing the resolution target, the association has developed 30/40 new members, reaching 75% of the set plan and is the leading unit in the enterprise cluster of the Northeastern provinces in developing new members.

To achieve the target of developing new members, the Executive Committee of Lang Son Young Entrepreneurs Association has organized specialized seminars by industry to attract entrepreneurs; build a positive image to create prestige for the association... At the same time, the association constantly expands relations with partners inside and outside the province, creating many business opportunities for members. Organizing regular meetings and visiting effective models is also a way to create cohesion among members as well as opportunities to develop new members.

Mr. La Giang Nam, Chairman of Lang Son Young Entrepreneurs Association, shared: Developing new members is not simply about increasing the number of members, but also to diversify the professions in the association, because each new member is an important link, with different ideas, experiences and resources. To support members, the association increases interaction with local authorities and Party committees to reflect the difficulties and obstacles of members in the production and business process. At the same time, the association also builds plans, designs, organizes exchange programs, and shares experiences in startup investment; organizes professional training programs on business administration; connects businesses to build and promote brands and products for members, etc.

Specifically, since the beginning of the term, the Young Entrepreneurs Association has organized 8 professional training courses on business administration, brand building, and e-commerce development, attracting 200 members; organized 2 sessions to disseminate Party resolutions, attracting 90 businessmen; organized exchanges for members in the Northeast cluster, etc.

Ms. Ta Thi Hoa, owner of Ta Thi Hoa cosmetics production facility, located at Hoang Tam block, Tam Thanh ward, Lang Son province, was just admitted to the association in July 2025. She said: Before joining the Lang Son Young Entrepreneurs Association, I was a member of the Lang Son Province Startup Investment Club. Although I am a new member, the members of the association have been very interested in supporting many contents to help the unit implement a more systematic production and business process. In particular, the most prominent are the key members of the association who have guided the building and protection of the brand for herbal soapberry shampoo products; expanded relationships to find partners, and developed e-commerce. Thanks to that, the unit's products have gradually gained a foothold in the market and have been positively received by consumers.

Mr. Hoang Cong Doan, Vice President of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, commented: Lang Son Young Entrepreneurs Association has made important breakthroughs in developing new members and is a bright spot in the cluster as well as the northern provinces. This affirms that the association's activities are very effective, creating prestige and trust for entrepreneurs in the province.
