"Despite many changes, the taste of Tet is still full"
These days, the colors of Spring are blooming throughout the corridors, classrooms... of Victoria School. This is the result of the creativity and ingenuity of students and teachers.

With the theme "Taste of Tet", the series of activities of Victoria School has been deployed across 17 campuses. The program not only helps students feel the traditional taste of Tet but also contributes to nurturing love for national culture, fostering the spirit of pride and responsibility of the young generation in preserving the good values of the homeland.

The message "Despite many changes, the taste of Tet is still full" is a reminder to the younger generation about the eternal taste of Tet - not only the taste of banh chung, banh tet, ginger jam or pickled onions, but also the taste of love, of reunion, of customs that have become identity.
Diverse traditional experience activities
The bustling atmosphere and diverse culinary feast were the highlights of the Spring Festival program of Victoria School - South Saigon. In the form of a spring market, students organized booths, selling traditional dishes, blending with the bustling lion dance melody. Notably, students came up with ideas, prepared products and persuaded to sell.

At Victoria School - Riverside (Khai Hoan School), students can participate in many activities such as experiencing the art of to he, writing calligraphy with a calligrapher, creating Tet lucky money envelopes, playing folk games such as sack jumping, bottle ring throwing...

In traditional Vietnamese costumes such as Ao Dai, Ao Ba Ba, etc., preschool students at preschools in the Victoria School system such as Victoria Preschool - SwanBay, Victoria Preschool - Hoang Dong, Wonderkids, Kindy Town, Dream School, Midori are also ready to welcome Tet. Many exciting activities have been organized for children such as Tet fairs, playing folk games, learning to wrap Chung cakes, making tapioca cakes, etc. Skill lessons also incorporate messages about Tet such as creating Tet fireworks, arranging Tet flowers, etc.
Integration without forgetting national identity
Aiming to train happy global citizens with strong national identity, in addition to international playgrounds in foreign languages, STEM, debate, mathematics, sports... Victoria School integrates many lessons about traditional values into lessons and activities. The Tet event series is one of the experiences for students and teachers.
Ms. Riaan O'Brien - Principal of Victoria Preschool - Mailand Hoang Dong said that directly participating in these activities helps students not only feel but also have the opportunity to "touch" the customs and practices, thereby nurturing their love for national culture in the most natural way: "Wearing the ao dai, ao ba ba, enjoying the taste of banh chung, banh tet, or simply making to he figurines together, writing parallel sentences - each experience helps children deepen the meaning of Tet."

Experiential activities are also opportunities for students to practice important skills such as teamwork, sales skills, customer persuasion and financial management – skills that are valuable in both study and later life.
By knowing how to appreciate and preserve good values, you are also contributing to making Vietnamese culture continue to spread and develop in the world's integration flow.
