Accordingly, on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2024) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2024), the City People's Committee requests agencies, units, hospitals, schools and people in the City to hang the national flag, specifically:

Commemorating the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2024), the national flag will be raised from August 18, 2024 to August 20, 2024.
Celebrating the 79th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2024), the national flag will be flown from August 31, 2024 to September 3, 2024.
The City People's Committee requests the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to be responsible for directing, inspecting and reminding the hanging of the national flag in residential areas; Heads of agencies and units direct and inspect the hanging of the national flag in units under their management to ensure compliance with regulations.
