According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh, based on the regulations and inspection records of the interdisciplinary inspection team in the field, the tourism product of sightseeing Ha Long Bay by hot air balloon (fixed anchor) of Ha Long Hot Air Balloon Joint Stock Company, located at Ngoc Chau Street, Tuan Chau Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, meets the conditions to ensure operation according to regulations.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province requests that Ha Long Hot Air Balloon Joint Stock Company be responsible for fully implementing safety measures when trading in tourism products to see Ha Long Bay by hot air balloon (fixed anchor) according to the provisions of Article 9, Decree No. 168/2017/ND-CP dated December 31, 2017 of the Government and instructions of relevant agencies; and carry out flight contracts in accordance with regulations.

The company publicly lists the selling prices of goods, services and the unit's internal regulations according to regulations. The operating time is according to the flight license documents of the Operations Department, the General Staff, the Ministry of National Defense and the safety regulations of relevant agencies.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh also requested relevant departments, branches, localities and units, according to their functions and duties, to be responsible for inspecting and supervising the activities of sightseeing Ha Long Bay by hot air balloon (fixed anchor) of Ha Long Hot Air Balloon Joint Stock Company within their management scope.
