At the conference, representatives of the provincial National Assembly Delegation reported to voters on the program and expected content of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly, the contents and issues that the National Assembly will discuss and decide at the Session; and the results of the activities of the National Assembly Delegation and National Assembly deputies since the 8th Session.

Accordingly, the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly is scheduled to open on May 5, 2025 and close on the morning of June 28, 2025, meeting at the National Assembly House. The Session will be held in 2 phases (phase 1 from May 5 to May 28, 2025; phase 2 from June 11 to the morning of June 28, 2025). At this Session, the National Assembly will consider and decide on amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution; consider and pass 30 laws and 7 resolutions; consider and give opinions on 6 draft laws; consider and decide on socio-economic issues, the state budget, supervision and other important issues.

The meeting with voters recorded many opinions and recommendations from voters related to many contents such as: Regarding the implementation of eliminating temporary houses and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households in Dak Lak province, voters suggested that it is necessary to consider flexible solutions for cases where households have additional counterpart funds, then it should be based on the total support and counterpart funds of the household to choose a house model suitable for actual usage needs; propose to speed up the progress of granting Land Use Right Certificates to people in Ea Kly commune; effectively implement the work of enrolling 10th graders in the 2025-2026 school year in the area...

The majority of voters expressed their agreement and high consensus with the Party and State's policy on restructuring the apparatus, abolishing the district level, merging the commune and provincial levels, and at the same time expected that with the policy, the great revolution in restructuring the apparatus will bring the country to rise strongly in the new era.

In addition, voters emphasized that the important and "key" thing when carrying out the restructuring of the apparatus is the staff, so the evaluation and selection of the right staff and the right job placement are extremely important, need to be carried out objectively, fairly, and wisely, ensuring that the staff, civil servants, and public employees after the restructuring are "lean, compact, strong, efficient, effective, and efficient"; there needs to be appropriate policies for non-professional staff at the commune level after the restructuring of the apparatus; promoting digital transformation, effectively handling administrative procedures for businesses and people after the merger and restructuring of the apparatus...
