Transferring the Director of Thanh Hoa Department of Education and Training to Deputy Head of Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee

(NLDO) - Mr. Tran Van Thuc, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa province, has just been transferred and appointed by the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

On March 11, Mr. Lai The Nguyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, signed Decision No. 3931 on the transfer, reception and appointment of Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee decided that Mr. Tran Van Thuc would resign from his position as Director of the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa province to take over the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee and appoint him as Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee.

The term of appointment is 5 years from the effective date of this decision.

Also on March 11, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee announced that it would be in charge of the operations of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Department of Education and Training. Accordingly, Mr. Ta Hong Luu, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, was assigned to run the department from March 12, 2025 until the department is fully reorganized.

Mr. Tran Van Thuc was born in 1969, from Hoang Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province. Before holding the position of Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Thuc held the following positions: Vice Principal of Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Principal of Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Deputy Director and Director of the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa province.

Currently, he is a member of the Executive Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, a delegate of the 15th National Assembly of the Thanh Hoa Provincial National Assembly Delegation.
