In the total domestic revenue in the first 4 months of the year, there were increased revenues such as: Revenue from selling and renting state-owned houses was 107.1 billion VND, 17.72 times higher; revenue from dividends and after-tax profits was 205 billion VND, 13.35 times higher; revenue from land use fees was 620.2 billion VND, 3.16 times higher; revenue from non-state enterprises was 3,135 billion VND, 2.11 times higher; revenue from environmental protection tax was 240 billion VND, up 73.54%; revenue from other budgets was 200.9 billion VND, up 51.77%; revenue from fees and charges was 235.7 billion VND, up 19.82%; revenue from lottery was 161 billion VND, up 15.57%; revenue from personal income tax was 750 billion VND, up 15.24%; Registration fee collection was 150 billion VND, up 7.54%; collection from local state-owned enterprises was nearly 1,377 billion VND, up 2.84%... Some revenue items decreased such as: Collection from granting mineral exploitation rights was 4.5 billion VND, down 73.77%; collection from land and water surface rental was 25.8 billion VND, down 25.69%; collection from central state-owned enterprises was 168.2 billion VND, down 9.7%; collection from foreign-invested enterprises was 380 billion VND, down 8.38%...
Total expenditure for balancing the local state budget in the first four months of the year is estimated at over VND7,751 billion, equal to 32.84% of the estimate, up 47.54% over the same period last year. Of which, development investment expenditure is nearly VND4,364 billion; regular expenditure is nearly VND3,387 billion.
