The photo series "Grateful for Peace" was captured by a group of authors including Hai Duong, Bi Nguyen, Gia Hoang, capturing many emotional moments of soldiers, veterans, people... in the central area of Ho Chi Minh City associated with the parade and marching activities during the historic April days, in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the country's reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
"Gratitude for Peace" is divided into three main themes.
INDEPENDENCE
"Independence is when memories of bombs and bullets turn into peaceful eyes", the next generation is always grateful to their ancestors who sacrificed their blood and bones to gain independence for the country.
