However, waste is still quite common, in many different forms, and has caused many serious consequences for development. Especially in areas such as: financial management, credit, public assets, public investment, land, resources, minerals, management of state capital in enterprises, management, use of labor and working time...
At the conference, delegates focused on discussing, reviewing, and handling public works and real estate when arranging and streamlining the apparatus and administrative units; reviewing projects, works, and headquarters under construction or approved for construction investment policies that are affected by the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus and administrative units.
The delegates also proposed solutions to effectively use the headquarters of agencies and units in the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus; handling of degraded and unusable office buildings.
