National Assembly Delegate of Bac Kan province honored to receive Certificate of Merit from National Assembly Standing Committee

General Secretary To Lam, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man , Vice Chairmen of the National Assembly and all National Assembly delegates attended this solemn ceremony to announce and present the Certificate of Merit.
