Responding to Customer Appreciation Month 2023 with the theme "Accompanying customers to use electricity safely, economically and effectively", Quang Tri Power Company (PC Quang Tri) has implemented many practical and meaningful activities.

The gratitude activities will take place in December 2023 and last until the end of January 2024 with the key goals of ensuring safe and stable electricity supply to serve customers.

The main activities in response to Customer Appreciation Month 2023 include supporting transformer testing costs for some major customers; supporting repair and installation of new household electrical systems; free installation after the meter, transformer station cleaning for business customers in the program "Free electricity service gift voucher".

Also during the Customer Appreciation Month, power units coordinated with local Youth Unions to implement the program "Lighting up the Countryside"; inspect, maintain and repair previously invested power projects serving social security.

Promote communication activities on social networking sites, fanpages of QTPC, EVNCPC and report on newspapers and radio stations; actively mobilize officers and employees to write articles, photos, short clips to share and spread activities on social networks.

In addition to customer appreciation activities, we focus on communication tasks to spread beautiful images and meaningful messages of the program.

In particular, during this year's Customer Appreciation Month, PC Quang Tri launched the contest "Students with knowledge of safe, economical and effective electricity use" organized by the Central Power Corporation for primary, secondary and high school students at schools in the province with forms of expression such as drawings, propaganda video clips, and presentation video clips. Therefore, the affiliated power companies have increased the propaganda of electricity saving and electrical safety in schools to spread the contest to schools. With the hope that through the contest, students will become "ambassadors" to convey the content and knowledge of how to use electricity safely, economically and effectively.

PC Quang Tri Deputy Director Tran Quang Dong said that the company responded to Customer Gratitude Month through business activities, customer services and social security activities, directly focusing on supporting and helping people, businesses and customers to use electricity safely, economically and effectively.

These activities are very practical to show the company's care and gratitude to electricity customers, thereby creating a stronger bond between electricity customers and the company. In order for business and customer service to increasingly meet the development requirements of society, in the coming time, PC Quang Tri will continue to focus on customers, maintain practical and effective activities, and develop more useful programs for electricity customers.

It can be seen that customer gratitude is a cultural beauty to create the EVN brand, thereby building trust and connection between the electricity industry and customers. It is known that in the last 2 months of 2023 and the beginning of the new year 2024, PC Quang Tri will focus on ensuring safe and stable electricity supply to serve customers using electricity during the Lunar New Year; implementing many programs such as "Lighting up the countryside", organizing gratitude to industrial customers, large electricity consumers who have actively cooperated to adjust the load in 2023, especially during the hot season; sending thanks to all customers via app, zalo, email.

At the same time, the company will conduct inspections, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to the power grid infrastructure, organize shifts and on-duty teams regularly to ensure safe and continuous power supply for people during the 2024 Lunar New Year.
