On April 15, the Department of Science and Technology in collaboration with the Vietnam Intellectual Science and Technology Research, Application and Management Company Limited and the Farmers' Association of Khoai Chau district held a conference to announce the collective trademark "Khoai Chau - Hung Yen Medicinal Herbs" for products made from medicinal plants of the district.

On March 17, 2025, the Department of Intellectual Property issued Decision No. 31884/QD-SHTT granting collective trademark certificate No. 533043 named "Khoai Chau Medicinal Herbs - Hung Yen" to the trademark owner, the Khoai Chau District Farmers' Association.

To manage and develop the collective trademark "Khoai Chau - Hung Yen Medicinal Herbs", the District Farmers' Association has issued regulations on management and use of collective trademarks; a set of quality criteria for products bearing the collective trademark "Khoai Chau - Hung Yen Medicinal Herbs"; regulations on the use of logos, stamps, labels containing collective trademark signs; regulations on product quality control...

At the conference, the leaders of the Department of Science and Technology awarded the Certificate of Collective Trademark “Khoai Chau – Hung Yen Medicinal Herbs” to the representative of the trademark owner; The Farmers’ Association of Khoai Chau district awarded the first batch of certificates of the right to use the collective trademark “Khoai Chau – Hung Yen Medicinal Herbs” to 5 production households.
