On April 28, the Hung Yen City Military Command held the inauguration and handover of the comrade house to Private Ngo Quang An, Hung Cuong Commune, Hung Yen City, enlisted in February 2025, soldier of Brigade 164, Corps 12.

Soldier Ngo Quang An's family is in difficult circumstances, and the house he is currently living in is dilapidated. Understanding his situation, the City Military Command has coordinated with the city's departments, branches, and organizations, and the Party Committee and People's Committee of Hung Cuong commune to support the construction of a comrade house.

After nearly 2 months of construction, the level 4 house was completed and put into use, with an area of ​​nearly 50m2, total cost of 200 million VND. Of which, the City Military Command supported 60 million VND, Hung Yen Garment Corporation - Joint Stock Company supported 10 million VND, Bao Hung Joint Stock Company supported 10 million VND, Hung Cuong Commune supported 10 million VND; businesses and benefactors in the area supported nearly 20 million VND, the remaining amount was supported by relatives.

At the inauguration and handover ceremony, the Military Command of Hung Yen province and city, local authorities and organizations donated many household items.
