Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan inspected the current status of the right dike of Cau Bridge, section passing through Hoa Long ward (Bac Ninh city).

According to the report of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, at km57+770 to km58+010 and some locations from km58+160.33 to km58+650 of the Cau Huu dike, Hoa Long ward (Bac Ninh city), cracks appeared before the flood season of 2024 but on a small scale. During the flood that occurred in September 2024 and the inspection process before the flood in 2025, at the location of km57+770 to km58+010, cracks appeared with signs of strong development with a length of about 240m, the crack was 3 to 10cm wide, 15 to 40cm deep and the dike surface was tilted towards the river, creating a difference between the two concrete slabs of the dike surface from 3 to 5cm, which is at risk of causing dike insecurity, affecting dike protection work and endangering vehicles participating in traffic.

Preliminary assessment of the cause of the incidents in this area is due to the locally low elevation of the dike surface at location K57+100 ÷ K57+400, the curved riverbed combined with the wide open surface leads to the need to proactively build a dam to prevent overflow, the location km57+400 to km58+600 has a layer of mud under the foundation, the dike body, and weak geology.

To ensure the safety of the dike system, meet the requirements of natural disaster prevention in 2025 and the following years, gradually upgrade the dike to combine traffic on the dike, create a landscape of the dike route, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has reported to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province on the policy of handling incidents, striving to implement in 2025 and the following years.

The Huu Chap pumping station upgrading project (Bac Ninh city) invested by Bac Duong KTCTTL One Member Co., Ltd. has a total construction value of nearly 280 billion VND, with implementation time until June 30, 2023. Due to difficulties in compensation and site clearance; procedures for land allocation, land handover in the field and many other reasons, the project cannot be completed on schedule. The Department of Agriculture and Environment has issued a document requesting permission to prepare a report proposing adjustments to the project investment policy. Currently, Bac Ninh city is focusing on site clearance and handover to the construction unit before June 30 to continue implementing the project, striving to complete before December 31, 2025.

After directly inspecting the current status of the projects, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan agreed to the policy of implementing the project to upgrade and renovate the right dike of Cau, the section passing through Hoa Long ward, based on the response from the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment. Requesting the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, together with Bac Ninh city, to study and propose a plan to upgrade the dike system to serve flood prevention, combining inner-city roads with lighting systems and sidewalks to better meet the travel needs of the people.

Regarding the Huu Chap pumping station renovation and upgrade project, the Chairman of the People's Committee pointed out the subjective and objective reasons leading to the delay in progress, affecting the project's effectiveness in disaster prevention and control. He requested Bac Ninh city to focus on completing site clearance and handing over to the investor before May 30 to implement the construction of the remaining items of the project, and by December 31, 2025 at the latest, basically put the project into operation to serve the task of disaster prevention and control.

The above products are all the company's main products, with large production and consumption output, favored by users as health-enhancing foods.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan praised the company's entrepreneurial spirit and suggested some more products for the company to diversify and better meet market demand. He requested the company to focus on completing and best meeting regulations on product quality and design, fire prevention and fighting requirements, and ensuring labor safety during the production process. The Department of Agriculture and Environment should study and consider policies to support the company in building raw material areas, changing designs, packaging, and connecting product consumption.
