He requested Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment Cao Thanh Thuong to closely coordinate with Deputy Directors to avoid hesitation and delay. Regarding development orientation, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that agriculture is still the foundation for the province's economy and must maintain stable development. The industry and localities continue to promote the transformation of crop and livestock structures, build linkage chains, consume agricultural products, and increase income per unit of production area. At the same time, actively coordinate and speed up the progress to start construction of a number of agricultural and livestock processing factories in the area.
