On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day, the Association of Former People's Public Security Forces of Bac Ninh province organized working delegations to visit and present gifts to express gratitude to former People's Public Security officers of the province who supported the Southern battlefield during the resistance war against the US to save the country.

The Provincial Former Police Association visited and presented gifts to former police officers supporting the South.

At the places they visited, the delegates were moved to recall the unforgettable days of the class of police officers supporting the South during the resistance war against the US to save the country. Responding to the movement "All for the great frontline", "All for the beloved South", a large number of police officers volunteered to go to the South to fight, carrying out the tasks assigned by the Party and the State.

The Provincial Association of Former Police Officers visited and gave gifts to the families of former police officers infected with Agent Orange.

Many comrades were injured and infected with Agent Orange during the years of heroic, resilient, and creative fighting to contribute to the historic victory of April 30, 1975, completely liberating the South and unifying the country. After 50 years, the whole province now has only 33 former police officers who were part of the force supporting the South during the resistance war against the US to save the country, but they always strive to be exemplary, continuing to be shining examples for their descendants to follow; actively contributing to building a strong local political system, participating in patriotic emulation movements, campaigns of the Association of Former Police Officers of Bac Ninh province, building a rich and beautiful homeland.
