The conference aims to implement the direction of the Head of Military Region 7 Command on education and ideological orientation in organizing local military agencies according to Conclusion No. 126-KL/TW of the Politburo.

At the same time, in order to promptly do a good job of leadership, direction of political education, ideological leadership to stabilize the situation during the time the Central Military Commission presides, coordinate with relevant agencies to direct, research and continue to arrange and organize the Army (including the organization of district-level military agencies).

In the past time, Military Region 7 has directed Party committees and commanders of agencies, units and localities to carry out key tasks. In particular, leaders have done well in educating and raising awareness and sense of responsibility for cadres, employees and soldiers about the policy of rearranging and streamlining the organizational apparatus of the Politburo, the Party Central Committee and the orientation to continue rearranging the Army organization according to Conclusion No. 126-KL/TW of the Politburo.

Thereby, creating high consensus and unity in agencies and units; affirming that the arrangement and organization of the political system to be "refined, compact, strong, effective, efficient and effective" is a major, correct and timely policy, meeting urgent practical requirements, and is a prerequisite for our country to enter the "New Era, the era of the Vietnamese nation's rise".

At the Conference, Major General Vu Van Dien - Commander of Ho Chi Minh City Command gave a speech directing a number of contents to thoroughly grasp and orient the ideology in organizing local military agencies according to Conclusion No. 126-KL/TW of the Politburo.

At the same time, the leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City Command requested agencies and units to proactively coordinate closely with Party committees, authorities, organizations, localities, and relevant forces to grasp the situation and activities of hostile forces against the Party, State, and Army. From there, timely and effective handling will contribute to maintaining political security and social order and safety.
