On the afternoon of August 5, Vinh Phuc Provincial Police informed that Vinh Tuong District Police had just arrested a group of subjects for organizing and illegally using drugs at XO karaoke bar, Thuong Trung commune, Vinh Tuong district.

At the time of inspection, the authorities discovered 7 subjects (4 men and 3 women) gathering inside to illegally use drugs.

The seized evidence included nearly 0.26g of ketamine; 0.4g of synthetic drugs and other related evidence. Rapid test results showed that all 7 subjects tested positive for drugs.

The Investigation Police Agency of Vinh Tuong District Police has issued a decision to temporarily detain 5 subjects for the crime of organizing illegal use of drugs, and 2 subjects are consolidating their records to handle administrative violations of the crime of illegal use of drugs.
