Singer Chi Pu - ambassador of Chinese car brand Geely in Vietnam has officially received the new Monjaro Flagship 2025 SUV.

On August 19, 2025, Chinese car brand Geely officially handed over the Monjaro car to singer Chi Pu. This beauty born in 1993 is also currently Geely's brand ambassador in Vietnam. Positioned in the D-segment SUV segment, Geely Monjaro has dimensions of length x width x height of 4,770 x 1,895 x 1,689 mm and a wheelbase of 2,845 mm. Inside the body of this model is the CMA (Compact Modular Architecture) technology platform with Volvo cars.
Right from the standard version, the car has equipment such as LED headlights with automatic on/off and waiting for guidance, LED daytime running lights, LED fog lights, LED taillights, electric rearview mirrors/folding, automatic wipers, electric trunk opening/closing and 19-inch alloy wheels. Inside the Geely Monjaro is a 2-row, 5-seat interior. The highlight inside the car is the set of 3 screens on the dashboard, including a digital clock, a central touch screen, and an entertainment screen for the front passengers, all measuring 12.3 inches. In addition, there is a head-up display (HUD), 8-way power driver's seat/ventilation/heating, 6-way power passenger seat, leather-wrapped steering wheel, 8-speaker sound system, 2-zone automatic air conditioning, CN95 air filter, wireless charging, voice control, interior lighting and standard panoramic sunroof.
The car's safety equipment is also very diverse with 6 airbags, electronic balance system, hill start assist, downhill assist, electronic handbrake, adaptive cruise control system, parking assist, highway driving assist, lane keeping assist, forward collision mitigation assist, front/rear parking assist sensors, 360-degree camera and standard tire pressure sensor. Under the hood of this Chinese car are two engine options. The first is a 2.0L, turbocharged, 4-cylinder gasoline engine that produces a maximum capacity of 238 horsepower and a maximum torque of 350 Nm. The engine comes with an 8-speed automatic transmission and a 4-wheel drive system. The second is the hybrid powertrain, which includes a 1.5L 4-cylinder gasoline engine, an electric motor and a 3-speed automatic transmission. The gasoline engine produces a maximum capacity of 163 horsepower and a maximum torque of 255 Nm. The corresponding figures for the electric motor are 136 horsepower and 320 Nm. In addition, the HEV version also uses a front-wheel drive system (FWD).
Launched in the Vietnamese market in July 2025, Geely Monjaro has 3 versions and prices ranging from 1.099 - 1.199 billion VND. Compared to competitors in the same segment such as Ford Everest or Hyundai Santa Fe, this Chinese car model has a more accessible price.
