Building a clean, strong and comprehensive Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies

Solidarity, proactiveness, creativity to successfully carry out political tasks

The Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies was established and officially put into operation from July 2025, on the basis of merging the Party Committees of Party Agencies of 3 provinces: Lam Dong, Binh Thuan , and the old Dak Nong. The entire Party Committee has 12 grassroots party organizations, with 2,341 party members; of which, 11 grassroots party committees, with 109 party cells directly under the grassroots party committee and 1 grassroots party cell.

After being established, the Standing Committee and the Party Committee's Standing Committee issued a system of documents and implemented contents and tasks to ensure that the Party Committee's apparatus operates stably, smoothly, continuously and in accordance with regulations.

The Party Committee and grassroots Party Committees in the Party Committee pay attention to, direct and implement political and ideological education for Party members, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in accordance with the instructions of the superiors. The focus is on propaganda and implementation of Party building work, organization of Party congresses at all levels; rearrangement and reorganization of administrative units at all levels and building a model of 2-level local government organization...

Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in the spirit of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW (session XIII) and Directive No. 42-CT/TW, dated January 16, 2025 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership in the work of education on diligence, thrift, integrity, uprightness, impartiality and selflessness has been seriously led and directed by Party committees and organizations at all levels.

After 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW, the Party Committee has more than 30 models and more than 120 typical examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. The implementation of Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee (term XI, XII), Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW of the Central Executive Committee (term XIII) on building and rectifying the Party and the political system has been carried out seriously, responsibly, proactively and promptly with many creative and effective methods, creating positive changes in the entire Party Committee.

The emulation movement to build a clean and strong grassroots party organization associated with the building of the model of "Four-good Party cells" and "Four-good grassroots party organizations" has been implemented with attention by Party committees and branches at all levels in the Party Committee. The work of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline, prevention and combat of corruption, waste and negativity has been carried out resolutely and systematically. In the past, no corruption, waste and negativity have been detected in the Party Committee.

The Party Committee Standing Committee has paid attention to the leadership and direction of the mass mobilization work and the activities of socio-political organizations; promoted the implementation of the Law on Democracy at the grassroots level, the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" associated with studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh. During the term, 55 skillful mass mobilization models, good and creative practices have been deployed and maintained by grassroots party organizations.

Clean and strong to develop Lam Dong together

With the motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Creativity - Efficiency", in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies continues to perfect the new organizational model, innovate the content and leadership methods, and improve the quality of activities.

The Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has set the key goal of building a clean and strong Party Committee in all aspects; enhancing the leadership capacity of the Party organization in association with building a contingent of cadres, Party members, civil servants and public employees with sufficient qualities, abilities and prestige to meet the requirements of the new period. Thereby, contributing to the comprehensive construction and development of Lam Dong province, firmly joining the whole country in entering a new era - the era of national development.

To realize the goal of building a clean and strong Party organization in all aspects, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies has set out two groups of solutions. That is, leading the implementation of political tasks, ensuring security and order, safety of agencies, units and Party building work. In particular, the key task is to strengthen Party building in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics and lifestyle; enhance the role of Party committees in leading and directing the successful completion of political tasks; innovate leadership methods, working styles and manners, strengthen inspection, supervision and Party discipline, effectively implement the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste, negativity, and exemplary responsibility of cadres, Party members, heads of Party committees, agencies and units.

The Provincial Party Committee also identified two breakthroughs in the 2025-2030 term: building a team of cadres and party members who can quickly adapt to the new working environment and scientific and technological advances, with high professional capacity and proficiency; effectively implementing administrative reform and digital transformation in Party building activities, creating comprehensive, strong and substantial changes.
