Regarding the incident that caused a stir before the post of shipper V.D. about the incident in which a female customer TT (living in Hanoi ) ordered more than 30 cups of sweet soup, asking him to write each person's name on the cup corresponding to each sweet soup, Mr. PVD. said that ShopeeFood sent a notice to permanently stop cooperation with him from August 18.
In the announcement, the food delivery app said it had recorded a driver posting customer information and images on social media. This is a serious violation of customer information security regulations and negatively affects the company's service quality.
Therefore, based on the level of violation and according to the regulations in the code of conduct, the application has announced to stop cooperating with this male driver. Sharing with Dan Tri reporter, ShopeeFood representative confirmed that they have currently stopped cooperating with the driver in the incident of delivering 30 cups of tea.
On the afternoon of August 20, Mr. PVĐ. said that he and Ms. TT had reconciled and did not want to comment further. He said that the customer had texted him apologizing for the insulting words and thoughtless actions that had affected him. In the apology message, Ms. TT also asked permission to send Mr. Đ. some compensation money. The male driver said that he would use the money to support Cuba and other drivers.

Sharing more on his personal page, Mr. D. said that the incident that happened that day made him sad and stressed. When he received harsh words, he felt hurt, not only because it affected his personal psychology but also because the shipper profession in general is often incorrectly evaluated.
"Therefore, I posted the story to share and hope that everyone will have a fairer view of the job," he shared and expressed his wish for the case to be closed.
Recently, HH Stationery - where Ms. T. works - also announced on the company's Facebook page that as soon as receiving the information, the unit temporarily suspended the female employee TT from work, then verified, proactively connected and mediated between the two parties.
“The individuals involved have agreed to close the case in a spirit of goodwill and hope to prevent the incident from spreading and causing uncontrollable legal consequences,” the company announced.
The unit said it will review and tighten internal regulations, especially the policy prohibiting eating and drinking during working hours; issue a community code of conduct, standardize the behavior of all employees; strengthen internal training and communication, improve communication skills and situation handling...

Previously, on August 16, shipper V.D. posted an article about a female customer TT (living in Hanoi) ordering more than 30 cups of sweet soup, asking him to write each person's name on the cup. In a private message between the two, the female customer sent a list of names corresponding to each sweet soup.
When the shipper seemed annoyed, the customer argued that if he could not deliver, he should not have accepted the order. Angry at this action, the shipper posted the whole incident on a community group with thousands of participants, along with the female customer's personal information, and quickly attracted public attention.
