According to the announced information, the Nam Do Son Port and Logistics Center project is located in the Southern Coastal Economic Zone of Hai Phong, in Kien Hai commune and Nam Do Son ward, Hai Phong city.

The total area of land, water surface, and planned ground for use is 4,394.5 hectares, of which the area directly proposed for investment is 4,319.1 hectares. Including the port area, the water area in front of the port, the logistics center area after the port, and the area of the main connecting road used in common from the end of the road after the state-invested port to the end of the project boundary.
The project is divided into 3 phases: phase 1 (from 2026-2030), phase 2 (from 2031-2035), phase 3 (from 2036-2040).
The total investment of the project is expected to be about 373,841 billion VND for 3 phases, of which phase 1 is expected to be 29,108 billion VND, phase 2 is expected to be 206,272 billion VND and phase 3 is expected to be 138,461 billion VND. Of which, contributed capital is expected to account for 15% of the total investment. Mobilized capital is expected to account for 85% of the total investment.
The project's operating period is 70 years.
