In particular, Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park was identified by Thai Binh as a project to open the way to attract investment and build the Economic Zone into a key and driving force for economic development of the province according to the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress. From planning work, determining development models, selecting infrastructure investors to site clearance, issuing incentive mechanisms and policies to attract investment, the province has paid close and timely attention to directing.

The Provincial Party Secretary also affirmed: Thai Binh has many creative ways to attract investment. In the period of 2021-2023, the total foreign direct investment (FDI) reached over 4.1 billion USD, much higher than that from 2020 and before (in 2023 alone, FDI attraction reached nearly 3 billion USD, ranking 5th out of 63 provinces and cities). The total registered investment capital in the area in the period of 2021 - 2023 reached 153,011 billion VND, 3.5 times higher than the period of 2016 - 2020; in 2023 alone, the total registered investment capital reached 98,256.6 billion VND.

The Provincial Party Secretary hopes that the National Assembly Chairman will pay attention to directing and creating conditions for Thai Binh to continue investing in building economic zones and industrial parks, adjusting and increasing industrial land quotas to create opportunities to increase investment attraction, especially attracting FDI investors to accelerate the industrialization and modernization process.

National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue expressed his delight at the results of attracting investment into Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park. Although it has just come into operation, Lien Ha Thai has become a pioneering and model industrial park in Thai Binh Economic Zone, attracting many foreign enterprises to invest, creating jobs for a large number of workers; at the same time, he highly appreciated the social responsibility of enterprises. He also appreciated that Thai Binh still takes agriculture as the foundation for development, but has innovated its thinking, attracting investors to develop industry and services, thereby promoting socio-economic development. In recent years, the province has maintained a high growth rate, becoming a bright spot in the country. He affirmed that the Party, the National Assembly, and the Government always pay attention to improving the investment and business environment for economic sectors and investment enterprises. At the same time, they continue to improve institutions, policies, and laws to create the best conditions for enterprises, especially foreign investors, to come to Vietnam. He said that in the near future, the National Assembly will study and adjust industrial land quotas to improve land use efficiency, create conditions for localities to attract investment, accelerate development, create more jobs for people, and contribute to the overall development of the country.

According to the National Assembly Chairman, "If you want an eagle, you must have a big nest", while Thai Binh has the advantage of initially building the Thai Binh Economic Zone with an area of ​​over 30,000 hectares, Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park with a model combining industrialization with urbanization, linking industry with services will be the foundation to promote faster socio-economic development, creating a foundation for Thai Binh to enter a new stage of development, so it is necessary to take advantage of this opportunity to break through and rise up. In which, it is necessary to continue to promote economic development to achieve a double-digit growth rate, mobilize investment resources to build and complete socio-economic infrastructure.

Considering that Thai Binh is located at a trade connection point, connecting development axes and being directly spread from the region's very strong growth poles such as Hanoi, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue emphasized that Thai Binh's position has changed and will be even more different if it knows how to take advantage of development opportunities from the Economic Zone and this will be the basis for Thai Binh to promote socio-economic development in the future. Green i-Park Joint Stock Company needs to continue to complete the synchronous and modern industrial park infrastructure to strongly attract businesses to invest in expanding production and business, creating jobs for workers, increasing budget revenue, contributing to the overall development of Thai Binh province.
