Attending the conference at Dien Hong bridge (National Assembly Building, Hanoi) were General Secretary To Lam; Politburo members: President Luong Cuong; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man; Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu and other Politburo members, Secretariat members, and Central Party Executive Committee members; leaders of central departments, ministries, branches, and organizations. Former Party and State leaders attended the conference at Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces and cities.

Attending the conference at the bridge point of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee of Thai Binh province were comrades: Nguyen Khac Than, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; former members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, National Assembly Delegation of the province; leaders of departments, branches, sectors and organizations of the province. In addition, the conference was connected to 367 bridge points throughout the province with over 31,200 delegates, cadres and party members attending.

At the conference, delegates listened to and presented 3 topics. Of which, Comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member, Prime Minister presented and disseminated topic 1 on draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress: New points in summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; new points in the Draft Report summarizing Party building work and implementing the Party Charter submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; new points in the Draft Political Report submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; new points in the draft report on the 5-year implementation of the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021 - 2030, directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5-year period 2026 - 2030".

Comrade Tran Thanh Man, Politburo member and Chairman of the National Assembly, delivered a presentation on topic 2 on amending the constitution and laws; directions for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Commission, delivered topic 3, on continuing to streamline the organization, making it more efficient, effective, and effective; amending and supplementing regulations implementing the Party Charter; Directive No. 45-CT/TW, dated April 14, 2025 of the 13th Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; and implementation plan.

Through the conference, Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, cadres and Party members will grasp the core contents, new points and focus of the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee in a timely manner. On that basis, Party committees, Party organizations, localities, agencies and units will continue to disseminate, propagate and implement the contents of the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee in localities, agencies and units to ensure a systematic and scientific manner, creating unity within the Party and consensus among the people.
