On the afternoon of April 23, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee held a provincial-level reporter conference for April 2025.

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Quang Phuc, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, informed about the policy and project to rearrange and reorganize administrative units at all levels and build a 2-level local government organization model.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Phuc, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, requested the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commissions of district, town, city, and party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, provincial-level socio-political organizations, reporters at all levels, and grassroots propagandists to actively inform and fully disseminate the Central and provincial directive documents on the consolidation and arrangement of administrative units at all levels and the organization of a two-level local government model to all classes of people.

Propaganda work needs to be carried out according to specific target groups, combining oral propaganda with visual forms, on digital platforms, and organizing people's dialogue at the grassroots level to contribute to consolidating people's consensus and support for the revolution of streamlining the apparatus of the political system in particular and the major policies and guidelines of the Party and State in general.

Regarding the propaganda orientation in the coming time, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department suggested continuing to promote the propaganda of the results of the 11th Central Conference, 13th tenure; 9th Session, 15th National Assembly.

Focus on directing and organizing propaganda for Party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress. Propaganda work closely follows the directions of General Secretary To Lam, the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee...

At the conference, delegates listened to the reporter inform about the new points of the Law on Social Insurance and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Health Insurance, effective from July 1, 2025.
