Comrade Nguyen Van Khue, Secretary of Yen Khanh District Youth Union, said: Since February, the Standing Committee of Yen Khanh District Youth Union has proactively developed a plan to implement Youth Month 2024 and deployed it to affiliated Youth Union bases with specific contents. Directing units to focus on political and ideological education for union members and youth through propaganda activities about the history and glorious traditions of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Ninh Binh youth on the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2024); the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory...; launching the traditional activity "Forever the revolutionary path of youth" towards the 30th anniversary of the re-establishment of Yen Khanh district and welcoming the district to the advanced new rural finish line.

Promoting the pioneering and volunteering role of youth for community life, the District Youth Union has organized the movements "Volunteer Saturday", "Green Sunday" with many specific activities such as: supporting people in carrying out administrative procedures, cleaning the environment, removing illegal advertising and classified ads...

In particular, focusing on implementing projects and tasks for youth to participate in building new rural areas in villages and hamlets that are building advanced and model new rural residential areas. Typically, the District Youth Union has coordinated to implement a youth tree road project of more than 2 km long with 240 wind chimes and jade eyes worth nearly 60 million VND in Khanh Hoi commune; coordinated to implement a project to light up a 1 km long rural road including 27 poles and solar bulbs worth 90 million VND in Khanh Hai commune; organized the planting of 50 jade eyes tree pots on Nguyen Van Gian street, Yen Ninh town to respond to the "Peak day of volunteering to build civilized urban areas"; coordinated with the Provincial Youth Union to organize the program "Propaganda on traffic safety - support the exchange of old helmets for new helmets that meet standards (subsidized)", contributing to ensuring traffic safety.

To concretize the direction of the District Youth Union, in response to Youth Month, in March, the Youth Unions of communes, towns and affiliated Youth Unions in the district actively carried out many meaningful projects and tasks, imbued with the colors of the Youth Union. Captain Pham Ngoc Thuan, Secretary of the Youth Union of Yen Khanh District Police, said: With the pioneering spirit of the youth, from the beginning of March until now, the Youth Union members of the District Police have organized the planting of 590 trees at the headquarters of the Khanh Phu Industrial Park Police Station and 5 Commune Police Stations: Khanh Cuong, Khanh Thanh, Khanh Hoa, Khanh Tien, Khanh Hong; in response to the "Peak Day of Volunteering to Build a Civilized Urban Area", the model of a bright - green - clean - beautiful road, the Youth Union of the District Police organized the planting of rows of trumpet trees and 900 pearl-eyed trees along Nguyen Van Gian Street, Street 1A, Yen Ninh Town, worth more than 10 million VND; planted more than 200 new trees at the unit's headquarters.

The Youth Union also participated in installing electrical equipment systems to carry out the project "Lighting up the countryside roads" in Khanh Hai commune. At the same time, it organized a propaganda session to disseminate laws on preventing and combating school violence and child abuse and presented the model "Study Corner for Children" at Khanh Trung Secondary School, including 20 gifts for students, 3 desks for 3 students in difficult circumstances worth 4.5 million VND.

From now until the end of March, the District Police Youth Union will focus on organizing propaganda on crime prevention and control, ensuring traffic safety, practicing fire prevention and fighting, and giving 30 helmets to students; organizing a sports tournament to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, including 3 sports: football, volleyball and tug of war. Through these activities, the youth of Yen Khanh District Police hope to contribute to bringing many meaningful jobs to society and the community, thereby contributing to spreading and building a beautiful image of the People's Police soldier "courageous, humane, serving the people".

Responding to Youth Month 2024, Yen Khanh District Youth Union is urgently preparing conditions to inaugurate 7 QR code scanning points at historical sites in the district in March; organize the 4th Yen Khanh District Youth Football Tournament in 2024; inaugurate the project to light up the countryside road in Phu Tan village, Khanh Phu commune, worth 40 million VND and donate 20 bicycles to students in difficult circumstances; donate 50 helmets and promote traffic safety for students...

With the spirit of "Wherever there is a need, there are youth, wherever there is difficulty, there are youth", Yen Khanh youth have constantly innovated and created in activities, taking the initiative and volunteering for community life, ensuring social security.
