At the program, delegates reviewed the 94-year tradition of building, contributing and growing up of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the tradition of Ninh Thuan youth. Throughout the country's history, Vietnamese youth have always upheld the tradition of patriotism, heroic and indomitable spirit of the nation, enthusiastically pioneered in all fields, and made great contributions to the cause of building and defending the country.

Following the tradition of previous generations, in recent years, Ninh Thuan youth have constantly strived to fulfill their tasks well; the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement have changed positively in content and form, always closely following the Party's resolutions and the province's key tasks, concretizing them with practical action programs. Implementing the theme of "Youth is proud, firmly following the Party", the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee launched 2 movements including: "Check in the beautiful scenery of Ninh Thuan" with the goal of posting 100 most beautiful check-in points in the province on Google Maps with images, information, feelings and sharing on social networks with related hashtags; the movement "Proud melody - Forever red address" aims to create videos performing traditional and revolutionary songs at historical sites at the provincial and national levels of Ninh Thuan.

Speaking at the meeting, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged and praised the positive contributions of the youth to the overall development of the province. He hoped that the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the province and all levels of the Youth Union would continue to innovate and improve the effectiveness of political, ideological, moral, lifestyle and revolutionary history education for young people. Promote the revolutionary action movement, promote the spirit of initiative and creativity of the youth, and effectively implement programs to accompany the youth.
