The launching ceremony of the Quantum Technology Network, Cyber Security Network and Aviation Technology & Drone Network was held at Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park, attracting special attention from Government leaders, ministries, departments, sectors and domestic and foreign experts.
The event is an important milestone in the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; at the same time, realizing Decision No. 1131/QD-TTg dated June 12, 2025 of the Prime Minister on the List of strategic technologies and technology products.
Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung visited the exhibition booths at the launching event of 3 Strategic Technology Innovation Networks.
In the context of fierce global competition in technology, Vietnam's simultaneous announcement of three innovation networks in core areas such as quantum, cybersecurity, and aviation and space technology affirms the country's determination to improve its scientific and technological capacity, gradually mastering industries that have a great impact on security, defense, and socio-economic development.
As one of the pioneering technology enterprises in the field of research and development of unmanned aerial vehicles in Vietnam, HTI Group is an official member of the Vietnam UAV Network with many positive contributions in the role of developing the network as well as promoting the formation of the UAV ecosystem.
Within the framework of the event, HTI Group brought the Horus P02 unmanned aircraft system - a product that crystallizes many years of research, aspiration and dedication of HTI Group's young engineering team.

Horus P02 has left a strong impression with its ability to perform a variety of missions from long-range reconnaissance, regional security monitoring to search and rescue with coverage range, stable flight experience and outstanding accuracy.
Delegates and guests present at the event also paid special attention to pilot training models as well as highly appreciated HTI Group's creativity and mastery of core technology.
Sharing at the launching ceremony of 3 Strategic Technology Innovation Networks, Mr. Ta Ngoc Thanh - Director of HTI Group High Technology Development Center said: “The birth of the Vietnam Aviation, Space and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Technology Network is of special significance. This is not only a place to gather existing efforts, but also a push to promote innovation and create UAV products with Vietnamese brands”.
Along with other “Make in Vietnam” technology products introduced here, UAV Horus P02 is considered a vivid proof of Vietnam's intelligence, bravery and aspiration to conquer the pinnacle of technology in the new era.
Not stopping at UAVs, HTI Group is also a pioneer in researching and investing in core technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, computer vision and system integration solutions. This is an important foundation for HTI to develop a product ecosystem to serve diverse needs: from security monitoring, smart urban management to applications in defense and security.
Aviation and space technology is on the list of strategic technology groups and national strategic technology product groups prioritized for investment and development according to Decision No. 1131/QD-TTg dated June 12, 2025 of the Prime Minister, with 3 products: low-altitude remote sensing and telecommunications satellites, ground stations and satellite control, and unmanned aerial vehicles.
Next to that are technology groups on: artificial intelligence, digital copy, virtual reality/augmented reality; cloud computing, quantum, big data; Blockchain; next-generation mobile networks (5G/6G); robotics and automation; semiconductor chips; advanced biomedicine; energy, advanced materials; rare earth, ocean, underground; cyber security.
Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo sets the goal that by 2030, Vietnam will gradually master a number of strategic and digital technologies. The birth of modern "Make in Vietnam" technology products, including the Horus P02 UAV, is a proud milestone, affirming that Vietnamese intelligence has, is and will continue to shine, making important contributions to the cause of building an independent, self-reliant country and strongly integrating with the world.
