Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade has just announced the training schedule for the 2025-2026 academic year. Based on the training schedule, the school plans to give students a 4-week Tet holiday for Binh Ngo 2026, from February 9 to March 8, 2026 (ie from December 22 to January 21).

Thus, up to now, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade is the first school to finalize the 2026 Lunar New Year holiday schedule.

Recently, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade gave students a 28-day Lunar New Year holiday, starting from January 20 to February 16 (ie December 21 to January 19).

This year, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade plans to recruit 7,000 students, with 5 admission methods, including: considering high school graduation exam results, considering high school transcripts, using the results of the Ho Chi Minh City National University's competency assessment exam, direct admission and priority direct admission according to the project, admission based on the scores of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Education's competency assessment exam combined with high school study results according to subject groups.

Notably, the school announced to recruit 5 new groups in 2025, including 4 groups of group C, including: C00 (Literature, History, Geography), C01 (Literature, Mathematics, Physics), C02 (Literature, Mathematics, Chemistry), C14 (Math, Literature, Economic and Legal Education), mainly in the Law, Business Administration, and Hotel groups. This is the first time Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade recruits group C.

In addition, the school added Math, English, Information Technology, Economic Education and Law to some admission combinations, helping candidates have more flexibility in choosing majors according to their own abilities.

In 2024, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade will have a benchmark score of 17 - 24.5, the highest in Marketing. Following are the two majors of E-commerce, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, both with 23.75 points.
