As a locality that suffered many sacrifices and losses in the two resistance wars, Quang Nam has the largest number of policy beneficiaries in the country with more than 65,000 martyrs, 15,000 heroic Vietnamese mothers, and tens of thousands of wounded and sick soldiers. Today's generation always remembers the noble sacrifices of heroic Vietnamese mothers, generations of fathers and brothers who fell so that the country could blossom with independence and bear the fruit of freedom.
