Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to amend and supplement 4 decisions approving the results of selecting investors to implement 4 complex urban area projects in Cam Lam district.

The four projects include Cam Hoa urban complex, Cam Thuong urban complex, Suoi Tan urban complex and Cam Tan urban complex (all in Cam Lam district).
In particular, Cam Hoa urban complex has a land use area of nearly 300 hectares, a population of about 4,410 people, and a total investment of more than 5,240 billion VND.
The project is implemented in Cam Tan and Cam Hoa communes and won by Cam Hoa Complex Investment Joint Stock Company.
Cam Thuong urban complex project has a land use area of nearly 300 hectares, a population of about 4,010 people, and a total investment of nearly 6,000 billion VND.
The project is located in Cam Tan and Suoi Tan communes, and was won by Cam Thuong Complex Investment Joint Stock Company.
Suoi Tan urban complex project has a land use area of nearly 240 hectares, a population of about 4,020 people, and a total investment of more than 5,100 billion VND.
The project is implemented in Suoi Tan commune, won by Suoi Tan Complex Investment Joint Stock Company.
As for the Cam Tan urban complex project, the land use scale is more than 290 hectares, the population is about 4,020 people, the total investment is more than 5,730 billion VND.
The project is located in Cam Tan and Suoi Tan communes, and was won by Cam Tan Complex Joint Stock Company.
According to Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, the above projects will be implemented within 6 years from the date the investor is allocated land, leased land, or changes the land use purpose.
It is expected that these works will start in the first quarter of 2025, and the project will be completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2030. The operating period of all four projects is 50 years.
Khanh Hoa calls for investment in 158 projects
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has decided to approve the list of projects calling for non-budgetary investment capital in Khanh Hoa province for the period 2025 - 2030 with 158 projects.
Of which, Nha Trang has 45 projects, including many outstanding projects such as: An Vien - Hon Ro bridge, sports complex park (old Nha Trang Sao project), Vinh Luong General Hospital...
Cam Ranh City has 41 projects such as: Cam Thinh Dong industrial cluster, Cam Ranh new urban area...
Ninh Hoa town has 18 projects, including many seaport projects such as: Nam Van Phong logistics service area, Nam Van Phong liquefied gas storage port, Nam Van Phong petrochemical refinery complex...
Van Ninh district has 4 projects, including Van Phong airport project.
In addition, Cam Lam district has 5 projects; Dien Khanh district has 15 projects; Khanh Vinh district has 12 projects; Khanh Son has 18 projects that need to call for investment capital from outside the state budget.
