Establishment of Danang Land Fund Development Center

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Phan Thai Binh suggested that the City Land Fund Development Center needs to properly perform its functions and tasks, focusing on developing land funds to achieve the ultimate goal of site clearance.

After the establishment decisions, the City Land Fund Development Center quickly completed its organization, apparatus, and personnel. In particular, it focused on reviewing personnel work, planning, supplementing planning, and consolidating the staff, first of all, the management staff.

Along with that, the City Land Fund Development Center considers issuing, supplementing, and perfecting working regulations, and consolidating and reorganizing coordination regulations (with wards, communes, and city departments and branches).

After its establishment, the City Land Fund Development Center needs to do a good job of compensation and resettlement, focusing on site clearance for key projects, first of all the North-South high-speed railway project passing through the city, National Highway 14D project and many other key projects.

In the process of implementing tasks and work, avoid the situation of "resettlement for resettlement", make efforts to reduce petitions and complaints related to the land sector, strive to reduce the number of petitions and letters by 20% each year; adhere to regulations, be determined, responsible, and careful but do not shirk responsibility, do not do anything because of fear of making mistakes; must unite from the collective of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors to all levels of management and the entire center to implement tasks effectively, efficiently, and effectively.

The City Land Development Center needs to thoroughly study the regulations and organize training to effectively carry out its tasks and produce specific products.

Previously, on July 22, the City People's Committee issued a decision to establish the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center. On July 28, the City People's Committee issued a decision to stipulate the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center.

The Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center is a public service unit under the People's Committee of Da Nang City, with the functions of creating, developing, managing and exploiting land funds; organizing compensation, support and resettlement; receiving land use rights transfers from organizations, households and individuals; organizing land use rights auctions and providing other services in the land sector.

Regarding the organizational structure, the City Land Fund Development Center is organized into 4 specialized departments, including the Office; Compensation, Site Clearance and Survey Department; Land Fund Management and Development Department; Land Auction and Price Department and 15 regional branches at ward and commune levels.

At the ceremony, the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center announced the decision to establish specialized departments, regional branches and personnel work under its authority.
