Provincial Women's Union donates equipment to schools under the Project "Building safer schools against natural disasters"

This is an activity within the framework of the Project "Building safer schools against natural disasters", sponsored by Save the Children International (SCI).

The project will be implemented from April to September 2025, with a total aid capital of more than 12.9 billion VND, implemented at 22 schools in the province.

Accordingly, schools are equipped with many important equipment items, such as: televisions, computers, projectors, tables and chairs, library bookshelves, school supplies, hot and cold water dispensers, RO water filtration systems, etc. with a total cost of nearly 1.7 billion VND. This is the core content of the project, contributing to restoring and improving teaching and learning conditions after natural disasters.

In addition to supporting equipment, the project also organizes communication activities and training on disaster prevention, response and mitigation skills for teachers and students, aiming to build a safe and sustainable school environment.

This activity demonstrates the accompanying role and social responsibility of the Provincial Women's Union in protecting children's rights and promoting sustainable development goals in the face of climate change.
