Pham Anh Khoi was born and raised in Belgium, but his entire family still holds Vietnamese nationality. He joined the Royal Antwerp youth system at the U11 level and has spent many years training in the top football environment in Belgium.
Being awarded his first professional contract at the age of 17 shows the recognition from the team ranked 7th in the Jupiler Pro League (Belgium's highest football league) for Anh Khoi's talent and development potential.
"Khoi is a creative striker who can play in a variety of positions. His pace, exquisite touch and dribbling skills can help RAFC U23 decide matches," added youth team manager Jean Kindermans.
Royal Antwerp have won the Belgian league five times and the Belgian Cup four times, including a double in the 2022/23 season. In European competition, the team reached the final of the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup in 1992/93.
