Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 55/CD-TTg dated June 1, 2024 of the Prime Minister on mobilizing local resources to ensure logistics and increase support for the construction of the 500kV line circuit 3 from Quang Trach (Quang Binh) to Pho Noi (Hung Yen); The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has just sent an official dispatch to the People's Committees of districts and provincial-level socio-political organizations to carry out a number of key tasks as follows:

The Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee leads the Provincial People's Committee to direct relevant departments, branches, localities and units to seriously, fully and promptly implement the directive documents of the Government and the Prime Minister to organize the project construction to complete on schedule.

The Standing Committees of the District and Town Party Committees: Nga Son, Ha Trung, Hau Loc, Hoang Hoa, Thieu Hoa, Yen Dinh, Dong Son, Trieu Son, Nong Cong, Nhu Thanh, Nghi Son focused on leading and directing:

Mobilize available resources, provide maximum support and create all conditions for investors, contractors and construction units to best organize logistics, food, accommodation, living and travel, ensuring convenience, safety and health protection for officers, engineers, workers and laborers, especially the newly mobilized forces participating in project implementation in the area.

Strengthen measures to ensure security, order and social safety in project implementation areas, creating favorable conditions for construction units to complete projects on schedule.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and provincial-level socio-political organizations regularly organize delegations to visit and promptly encourage cadres, engineers, workers and laborers working at construction sites to make efforts and strive to complete the project on schedule.

The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee directed the Youth Union chapters at all levels in localities where the 500kV line 3 passes through, to closely coordinate with investors and construction units to mobilize union members and youth, promote the spirit of shock and Vietnamese youth, implement "wherever needed, there are youth, wherever difficult, there are youth", organize public service labor, participate in construction works, create new momentum, enthusiastic labor movement, speed up progress, early completion of the 500kV line 3 and important infrastructure works in the province.

The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee shall lead the Provincial People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to monitor, inspect and urge the implementation of this Official Dispatch, and regularly report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the implementation results.
