On the morning of April 24, Mr. Vu Van Dien, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired the second dialogue meeting to resolve citizens' complaints about the compensation and support plan for land recovered to serve the People's Cemetery Park Project in An Sinh Commune (Dong Trieu City).

Implementing the People's Cemetery Park Project in An Sinh Commune, Dong Trieu Town, in 2020, the People's Committee of Dong Trieu Town (now Dong Trieu City) issued decisions to recover land and approved compensation and support plans for 10 households in An Sinh Commune, with a total recovered area of ​​more than ^150,135m2 . Households were not compensated for land, only supported with 30% of the investment cost on land, the rest according to the price of production forest land; 30% of the value of architectural works on the land (including temporary houses and other auxiliary works). Households did not agree with the above compensation and support plan.

At the meeting, after listening to the opinions and recommendations of the households and studying and carefully reviewing the minutes of the inspection and verification results to clarify the origin, land use process and related documents, Comrade Vu Van Dien, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that in order to have a sufficient basis to completely and satisfactorily resolve the recommendations of the households on the compensation and support plan, Dong Trieu City, departments, branches, functional agencies and households proactively coordinate closely and accurately agree once again on the issues, especially the origin of the land, the purpose of use and land use rights; determine the time of construction works on the land, the type of works, ensure full and accurate evidence, thereby determining the assets to be compensated. After the dialogue, the relevant parties need to quickly coordinate, review, verify, supplement and complete the documents, as a basis for issuing decisions to resolve complaints...

Comrade Vu Van Dien, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, also emphasized the requirement that the process of handling and completing the dossier must ensure that it is reasonable, flexible, not rigid, not mechanical, but also not allowed to stubbornly make mistakes. The ultimate goal is to ensure that the legitimate rights and interests of the people are properly resolved in accordance with the provisions of the law.
