According to information that reporters have found, the most expensive plot of land is being sold for a difference of about 250 million VND compared to the winning price. On the contrary, plots with lower winning prices such as LK03-4, LK03-5 (97 million VND/m2) will have a higher difference, up to 600 million VND/plot.

First, the plot of land has a square, unbalanced shape. This will cause difficulties when designing the house later.
