After the auction ended, many investors came to Long Khuc area, Tien Yen commune to personally evaluate the land lot LK03-12 - the plot with the highest winning price of 133.3 million VND/m2, more than 18 times higher than the starting price.

At the auction site, there are at least two groups of brokers "camping" to solicit customers.
According to information that reporters have found, the most expensive plot of land is being sold for a difference of about 250 million VND compared to the winning price. On the contrary, plots with lower winning prices such as LK03-4, LK03-5 (97 million VND/m2) will have a higher difference, up to 600 million VND/plot.

According to Mr. Dat, the investor, the land lot LK03-12 is not very beautiful for 3 reasons.

“Second, the plot of land is opposite a high-voltage power pole. For picky people, this can also be considered a minus point.
Third, this plot of land is located close to Ring Road 4. If you decide to buy it for living, it will be difficult to avoid dust and noise pollution," Mr. Dat shared.
