After learning about the incident, the Department of Education and Training of Binh Thuan province immediately reported it to the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province. At the same time, the Department of Education and Training of this province directed the Principal of Ham Tan High School to urgently take care of the health and safety of Mr. N.D.T. The school also needs to coordinate to visit and promptly encourage Mr. T. and his family.

Accordingly, the Department of Education and Training of Binh Thuan requested the Principal of Ham Tan High School to coordinate with relevant agencies and functional units to clarify the incident and promptly handle the incident.

According to the Department of Education and Training of Binh Thuan province, the incident has caused confusion and outrage in public opinion, and anxiety for teachers and students of Ham Tan High School.

The Department requests that competent authorities review and strictly handle the incident at Ham Tan High School so that the staff, teachers and students at Ham Tan High School can feel secure in teaching and education.

Previously, on October 13, outside of class hours, Mr. N.D.T, Mr. T. and Ms. L., homeroom teachers of class 11A2, invited NNGH students of class 11A2 to the student affairs office to coordinate in handling the phenomenon of class 11A2 students receiving friend requests from many strange Facebook accounts.

These Facebook accounts used pictures of many students and teachers in the school as their profile pictures and posted bad, toxic, substandard, uncultured, and unhealthy information that affected the educational environment of the school and society.

On October 14, the father of a student of NNGH class 11A2 went to the house of teacher N.D.T. and teacher T. to express his anger and disagreement with the way the two teachers invited their child to cooperate and work.

The father of the NNGH student and his companions attacked teacher T., causing serious injuries. Teacher T. had to go to the emergency room and is currently being treated at Hospital 115 in Ho Chi Minh City.
