Ready to energize transformer T2 Tam Duong 110kV transformer station

Practically implementing activities towards the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025), recently, Vinh Phuc Power Company coordinated with the Power Development Project Management Board to organize technical acceptance to serve the energization of the project to install transformer T2 at Tam Duong 110kV transformer station with a capacity of 63MVA.

The project to install Transformer T2 at Tam Duong 110kV Transformer Station is ahead of schedule.

The project started construction on December 28, 2024 to complete the Tam Duong 110kV Substation system in a synchronous and modern direction, including a system for collecting, measuring, monitoring and remote control, allowing connection and exchanging communication protocols with the Vinh Phuc Remote Control Center and the Northern Power System Dispatch Center, ensuring that the substation is put into operation in the remote control substation mode, completely unmanned.

After completing the energization of Transformer T2 and medium voltage feeders, Tam Duong 110kV Transformer Station will contribute to load sharing for Lap Thach 110kV Transformer Station, Hoi Hop 110kV Transformer Station and Tam Dao 110kV Transformer Station, optimizing power supply methods, reducing line losses, meeting demand and improving power supply reliability for customers in the area.
