Permanent Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Council Le Hong Tham directed the Party Congress of Thanh Hung commune

Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Council Le Hong Tham delivered a speech directing the congress.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Le Hong Tham acknowledged and praised the achievements of the Party Committee and people of Thanh Hung commune in the past term; especially the proactiveness and determination in leading and organizing the implementation of political tasks in the locality.

In the coming term, he suggested that the Party Committee of the commune continue to enhance the sense of responsibility, solidarity, tighten discipline and order in the entire political system; correctly identify the potential and advantages after the merger for comprehensive economic development. Focus on restructuring agriculture, forming high-quality agricultural production areas, low emissions, associated with digital transformation and sustainable green growth. Focus on implementing social security policies well, maintaining national defense, security, order and social safety.

The Congress announced the decision to appoint a 24-member Party Executive Committee and a 10-member Standing Committee. Comrade Nguyen Van Nghia was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Thanh Hung Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
