At the meeting, Associate Professor, Dr. Ngo Tuan Nghia, Director of the Regional Political Academy IV, congratulated Ca Mau province on completing the merger, creating momentum and position for the province to develop more strongly in the coming time.
As a unit under the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, the Regional Political Academy IV was established in 2006, headquartered in Can Tho city. In recent times, the Regional Political Academy IV has coordinated with provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta region to open many training courses, improving the quality of human resources; including Ca Mau province. At the same time, he expressed his hope that the provincial leaders would continue to pay attention and support to create conditions for the unit to coordinate with the Provincial Political School to open more training courses, fostering cadres under the programs; creating favorable conditions to support the unit to complete its assigned tasks.
On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Huynh Quoc Viet thanked the Regional Political Academy IV for accompanying and coordinating well with the province in the past time in training and fostering human resources, creating a solid foundation, ensuring conditions for political theory, expertise and professional qualifications for cadres to perform well their assigned tasks.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Huynh Quoc Viet emphasized: After the merger, Ca Mau entered a new development phase with many spaces, opportunities and potentials opened up, a series of projects are being implemented in the area. That reality requires the staff to constantly train, improve their theoretical level, professional expertise, and build high-quality human resources.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee said that the province is implementing an urgent plan to train and foster cadres after the administrative unit rearrangement. Therefore, Ca Mau hopes that the Regional Political Academy IV will continue to accompany and coordinate with the Provincial Political School to open more training and fostering classes; at the same time, deploy many research topics related to local practices. The provincial leaders will create all favorable conditions and provide maximum support so that the training classes achieve the highest quality, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
