Four subjects involved in the gambling ring, gambling in the form of buying and selling lottery numbers, were summoned and urgently searched by the police, including: Le Bat Son (aka Son Chua), born in 1972; Le Khac Tam, born in 1987; Le Nguyen Nam, born in 1987, both in Tan Ninh commune and Le Dinh Vinh, born in 1988, in Trung Chinh commune, Thanh Hoa province.

Previously, through the work of grasping the situation, the Criminal Police Department, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police discovered a gambling organization, gambling in the form of buying and selling lottery numbers, affecting the security and order situation in Tan Ninh commune and neighboring communes. The Criminal Police Department determined that the 4 subjects mentioned above participated in this gambling line.
