This year's OSH Action Month has the theme: "Strengthening assessment and identification of risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene at the workplace". Workers' Month was launched with the theme: "Vietnamese workers enter a new era". Both themes emphasize the proactive role of workers in ensuring OSH, while at the same time arousing the spirit of innovation, creativity and bravery of workers in the context of digital transformation and increasingly deep integration.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, Deputy General Director of TKV, emphasized: The Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Health and the Month of Workers are important occasions for units to review and evaluate the current status of working conditions, identify and control risks, and at the same time launch emulation throughout the system to ensure production safety, improve productivity and take better care of workers.

Within the framework of the ceremony, representatives of the Mining Chemical Industry Corporation and member companies in Quang Ninh region signed a commitment to compete in implementing safe production in 2025, demonstrating the high determination of the collective leadership and workers in the entire industry.

In particular, the program also featured a demonstration of fire prevention and fighting and rescue plans coordinated between the Mine Emergency Center, Viet Bac Mining Chemical Industry Company and the Quang Ninh Province Fire Police Force, demonstrating the ability to respond to emergency situations at highly specific production units.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the Group's leaders and local authorities visited, gave gifts and encouraged a number of workers.

The launching ceremony is the highlight of the series of activities in the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Health and Workers' Month 2025 of the entire TKV Group. This is not only an opportunity to promote the emulation movement in production labor, but also demonstrates TKV's deep concern for the safety, health, rights and lives of workers.

According to the plan, on May 5, all member units of TKV will simultaneously launch the campaign, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, contributing to building a safe, effective and sustainable working environment.
