The contest "Nghe An Happiness - Happy Nghe An 2025" is chaired by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with the Department of Grassroots Information and External Information (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) to arouse love for the homeland, pride in the achievements of economic development, culture - society, natural landscape, especially the people of Nghe An - rich in affection, diligence, creativity, solidarity and always aiming for happiness. This is also one of the practical and meaningful activities to welcome the 20th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.

The contest is open to all Vietnamese citizens and foreigners aged 15 and over, with no limit on the number of entries. The two categories include photos and video clips. Photos must be digital in JPG format, minimum size 3,000 pixels, minimum size 3MB. Videos must be in MP4 format, no longer than 5 minutes, maximum size 200MB. The works must be created between January 1, 2023 and October 1, 2025.
The Organizing Committee encourages works that honor cultural beauty, reflect the achievements of innovation, international integration and arouse the development aspirations of Nghe An province. Entries must ensure legality, copyright and not violate traditional customs.

The award structure includes First, Second and Third prizes in each category. In addition to certificates, cash prizes will be awarded according to regulations of the People's Council of Nghe An province. Outstanding works will be selected for exhibition and scored for admission to the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists.
The Organizing Committee accepts entries from July 15 to October 1, 2025 at the online address: https://nghean.vietnam.vn . All personal information of the author is kept confidential and is only used for the purpose of organizing and communicating the contest.
The Organizing Committee would like to note that members of the Jury and Secretariat are not allowed to participate in the contest. In case of copyright infringement, the Organizing Committee will revoke the award and make a public announcement.
