Accordingly, the Vietnam Road Administration assigned the Road Management Zones II, III, IV; the Departments of Construction of Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Khanh Hoa, Tien Giang, Ben Tre to dispatch functional forces to coordinate with Project Management Boards 6, 7, Thang Long, My Thuan; Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC) and local authorities (provinces of Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Khanh Hoa, Tien Giang, Ben Tre) in regulating traffic, dividing traffic, ensuring order and traffic safety in the areas where the opening ceremony, closing ceremony, inauguration of works to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, National Reunification and traffic on the routes, areas of intersections connecting to the expressways, entering the ceremony area is convenient, smooth and safe.

Traffic flow and organization for inauguration and opening of projects on the occasion of April 30 -0 — The Bai Vot - Ham Nghi expressway project is one of five sections that were inaugurated and opened to traffic on the occasion of the April 30 holiday.

The above-mentioned units direct regional road management offices, regular maintenance units, and related BOT road investors to strengthen traffic assurance work on national highways and roads in the management area connecting with the Bai Vot - Ham Nghi, Ham Nghi - Vung Ang, Bung - Van Ninh, Van Phong - Nha Trang, Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway projects and Rach Mieu 2 bridge (strengthen road patrol and inspection work; adjust and supplement the road signaling system; divide traffic flow, warn, ensure traffic; patch potholes, clean and drain the road surface, clear the drainage system; clear the road to ensure visibility...

The Department of Roads also requested to coordinate with project management boards and local authorities to review and supplement the road signaling system on routes connecting to expressway segments and Rach Mieu 2 Bridge within the scope of the managed sections using regular management and maintenance funds; complete before the inauguration and opening date, ensuring convenience and safety.

Previously, the Ministry of Construction sent a report to the Government Office with a list of five expressway projects: Bai Vot - Ham Nghi, Ham Nghi - Vung Ang, Bung - Van Ninh, Van Phong - Nha Trang, Ben Luc - Long Thanh, expected to be inaugurated and opened to traffic on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.

It is expected that groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies will be held online simultaneously nationwide on April 19, 2025.
