People's Artist Bach Tuyet surprised everyone when she combined Cai Luong and rap with Phao.

Just 2 weeks after making a splash with the MV Made in Vietnam , on August 19, music producer DTAP continued to make its mark when releasing its debut album of the same name, with 16 songs, bringing together 25 voices from many generations.

Among the 25 artists, People's Artist Bach Tuyet (born in 1945) is the oldest, representing the generation of veteran artists. At the event, People's Artist Bach Tuyet surprised everyone when she appeared on stage and sang a duet with rapper Phao with the song Nam Quoc Son Ha .

At the age of 80, she still maintains a strong, soulful voice, performs confidently and blends well with youthful rap beats. The female artist expressed her appreciation for DTAP, a group of young musicians that she considers multi-talented, professional and open-minded.

People's Artist Bach Tuyet humorously said: "I am the one who needs to thank DTAP, thank the audience, because I am still very young, only 80 years old. The young people who allowed me to perform this song are extremely lucky. Especially, on this important occasion of the country, I am happy just to be present for a little bit."

Rapper Phao said that this was the first time she stood on stage with People's Artist Bach Tuyet, she was both nervous and worried. Due to busy schedules, she and artist Bach Tuyet did not have much time to practice, but they understood each other very well.

In addition to People's Artist Bach Tuyet and Phao, the event also brought many surprise performances: Suboi - Isaac with Golden Forest, Silver Sea; Orange, Lamoon, Muoi, Lam Bao Ngoc in Ho vong minh...

In particular, the return of People's Artist Thanh Thuy - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City - and singer Vo Ha Tram in the song Red Blood, Yellow Skin , brought moments of emotional explosion.

The album Made in Vietnam is the result of DTAP's 6-year journey of exploring, recreating and renewing traditional Vietnamese values. Each song is a slice reflecting the culture, history, people, landscapes and daily life of Vietnamese people.
