To ensure that all bricks produced are consumed, in addition to investing in production lines, innovating technology, improving product quality and design, the company has also built a customer care team. Thanks to that, the amount of bricks produced from the beginning of 2024 to now has increased by 3-5% compared to the same period in 2023. According to Mr. Kien, from October onwards is the construction season, product consumption will grow by 5-10%. Therefore, the company has built a production plan to both meet consumer demand and maintain and ensure jobs for 70 workers with an income of 8-15 million VND/person/month.

Thien Phu Son Company Limited, Cao Thinh Commune (Ngoc Lac) is a business specializing in exploiting and processing fine art stone and construction stone for the construction of traffic works and civil construction. Company Director Le Thi Viet said: Every year, the unit supplies about 15,000 - 17,000m3 of construction stone to the domestic market. However, from the beginning of 2024 until now, the amount of goods supplied to the market by the enterprise has only reached 6,000 - 7,000m3, down 10 - 15% compared to the same period in 2023. Overall, it is a decrease compared to the same period, but if separated, Ms. Viet said that the construction materials market is showing optimistic signs. In recent months, the construction materials market has gradually warmed up again, so product consumption has grown significantly. In August 2024, items such as decorative stone, paving stone, and stone for construction of traffic works supplied to the market increased by 15% compared to the previous month. With this momentum, by the end of 2024, it is entirely possible to supply the market with 15,000 - 17,000m3 of construction stone materials.

Thanh Hoa currently has more than 500 enterprises operating in the field of construction materials production, divided into 12 industry groups such as: cement, ceramic tiles, unburnt bricks, stone mining and processing... To cope with the current difficult situation, enterprises are forced to flexibly find solutions such as reducing capacity, cutting labor, finding markets, being flexible in product consumption... Along with that, the province has sent an official dispatch to localities and related units in the province to pay attention to and remove difficulties and obstacles for construction materials production enterprises, including the content of using products when constructing works from the budget. Along with that, the Government has issued many policies on finance and banking (corporate bonds, operating interest rates, lending conditions...), solutions to remove and promote the development of the real estate market. Most recently, on August 26, 2024, the Government issued Directive No. 28/CT-TTg "On a number of solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles, promote production and consumption of cement, steel and construction materials"... Thereby, helping the construction materials market in recent months show signs of improvement.

According to statistics from the Thanh Hoa Department of Industry and Trade, many construction materials maintained an increase in production compared to the same period, such as: Construction bricks increased by 9.1%, iron and steel increased by 11.2%... From this result, along with the efforts of enterprises and solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles from the Central Government and the province, it will be the driving force for the construction materials industry to continue to recover and accelerate in the last months of 2024.
